Packing Policy

Teleport International Exim ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to ensuring that all goods are packed with the highest standards of safety, hygiene, and international compliance. Our packing practices are designed to preserve product integrity during handling, storage, and transportation, while meeting the specific requirements of our clients and destination countries.

1. Purpose

This policy ensures:

  • Protection of products from contamination, damage, or deterioration

  • Compliance with international export packaging standards

  • Safe handling and efficient logistics

  • Customer satisfaction through professional presentation and labeling

2. Packing Materials

We use only high-quality, export-grade materials, including:

  • Food-grade containers for edible or consumable items (where applicable)

  • Moisture-resistant, tamper-proof, and eco-friendly materials whenever possible

  • Wooden crates, corrugated boxes, HDPE drums, or aluminum-lined pouches depending on product type

  • ISPM-15 compliant pallets for international shipping

3. Labeling

Each package is clearly labeled with:

  • Product name and specifications

  • Batch number and date of packing

  • Handling instructions (e.g., “Fragile”, “Keep Dry”, “Handle With Care”)

  • Exporter's and importer’s details

  • Country of origin and HS Code (as per shipping requirement)

4. Packing Process

Our standard packing process includes:

  • Inspection of goods prior to packing

  • Clean and sanitized environment for packing operations

  • Secure sealing and weight verification

  • Double-checking labels and documentation before dispatch

5. Customized Packing

We offer customized packing based on:

  • Client preferences (branding, labeling, sizes)

  • Country-specific regulations and compliance

  • Mode of transport (air, sea, or land)

6. Environmental Considerations

Teleport International Exim supports sustainability by:

  • Minimizing the use of plastic and non-biodegradable materials

  • Exploring recyclable and reusable packing alternatives

  • Reducing packaging waste without compromising safety

7. Damage Claims & Responsibility

While we ensure top-quality packing, in case of transit damage:

  • Clients must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence

  • Claims will be handled based on Incoterms agreed upon in the contract
